This price covers the expense of sending one of our knowledgeable technicians to your residence or place of business to assess the appliance problem. Our professionals will accurately diagnose the issue and give you a thorough breakdown of the required fixes and their associated expenses. The diagnostic charge will be applied to the cost of your final repair if you choose to have your appliance repaired. There are no unforeseen costs or surprises because we believe in being transparent with our pricing.

Moreover, we provide a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour for all repairs that we complete. We stand behind the work that we do and the parts that we use, and we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If your appliance fails again within the 90-day period we will come back and diagnose for free of charge, if it needs additional parts, you will only pay for the new parts minus the service call fee. If the same problem keeps recuring and it is deemed that the appliance cannot be repaired, we will refund the cost of the parts minus the service fee.
